Life Lessons From My Mom's Untimely Death
I wrote this book because I want people to be able to see how I’ve transformed my life through the worst thing that ever happened to me: My mom’s untimely death.
Many of the people I come across in my life these days think I have always had the tools, demeanor, and outlook on life that I carry with me today. Truth is, this couldn’t be further from the truth. I was angry, insecure, unhealthy, and had no idea how to work with my lack of mental and emotional health.
Unfortunately, it took losing the person I loved the most and our deteriorating relationship the previous four years to realize that I needed to change for the better.
This was my rock bottom. As human beings, I believe that we all know what it feels like to be at our version of rock bottom. The situations may not be the same, but the heart-breaking emotions and feelings of despair are similar.
I don’t want you to wait until you hit rock bottom to make changes in your life. This book and the life lessons I share are intended for you to look at my struggles and see how they resonate with your own life.
It is my belief that these lessons can be a catalyst for change, helping you have a better relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and the world at large.
Heart-warming and inspirational lessons that my mom taught me that changed the direction of my life and helped shape me in to the man I am today. The tragedy of my mom's death was a catalyst for me to take charge of my own life and help others do the same.
